01 Inertial Vibrating ScreenBack
Inertial vibrating screens are divided into single-layer, double-layer, seat type and hanging type. The vibrator of the screen is installed on the screen box and vibrates with the screen box up and down. The center line of the pulley also moves so that causing the belt to be tight and loose, and the motor is unstable. The larger the amplitude, the more unfavorable the motor.
Therefore, the inertial vibrating screen is only suitable for processing medium and fine-grained materials. The amplitude of the screen box also fluctuates with the amount of ore fed, and the unstable amount of ore feeding will affect the screening efficiency. So it is required to feeding evenly.
02 Auto-centering Vibrating ScreenBack
The advantages: It has simple structure, easy to manufacture, and convenient to operate and adjust; the screen surface vibrates strongly, so that the material is not easy to block the screen holes; the screening efficiency is high (up to 90~95%).
The disadvantages: The amplitude of the screen varies obviously with the amount of ore feeding (too large or too small), which makes the screening efficiency not stable enough; the amplitude of the screen increases when it at the resonance state during the start and stop process, which has an impact on the building.
The vibrating screen has a wide range of application, China’s large and medium-sized dressing plant usually apply it to screen medium and fine-grained materials.
03 Heavy-duty Vibrating ScreenBack
This kind of vibrating screen has a relatively strong structure and can withstand greater impact loads. It is suitable for screening large and dense ore with a maximum size of 400mm. This machine can replace the bar screen which is easy to be clogged, as the pre-screening equipment before medium crushing. It can also be used as a ore washing equipment for large ore containing mud.
In recent years, this kind of vibrating screen has been used for pre-screening before medium crushing in many large-scale dressing plants abroad. The screens are usually double-layer to screen out the final product. In this way, it can not only increase the processing capacity of the crusher, but also reduce the impact of water-rich fines on crushing operations.
04 Circular Vibrating ScreenBack
YA type circular vibrating screen is divided into light type and heavy type, seat type and hanging type, and the working area is 4m2 to 14m2. The screen has novel structure, high strength, reasonable vibration parameters, fatigue resistance, long life, simple maintenance, low noise and high screening efficiency. It is used for screening and grading of bulk materials in coal, metallurgical mines, building materials, chemical industries and other sectors. The screen structure includes woven screen, punched screen plate, iron screen plate and so on.
05 Single Shaft Vibrating ScreenBack
The single shaft vibrating screen has a circular movement track, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, stable operation, reliable work, high efficiency, and good screen penetration. It is suitable for the classification of medium and fine materials.
06 Double Shaft Vibrating ScreenBack
The screen surface of the double-shaft equal-thickness vibrating screen (ZSD type) adopts a broken line type with different inclination angles. The thickness of the material layer from the feeding end to the discharging end is constant or increasing, while the moving speed of the material on the screen surface is decreasing.
The advantages of the equal-thickness screening are: it can reduce the clogging of the screen when screening fine-grained materials (less than 25mm); the processing capacity is high; the equipment is convenient to configure and cover a small plant area. The disadvantage is its high installation height. The screen can be used for dry or wet screening of medium and small particle materials such as coal, ore, and gravel.
07 Linear Vibrating ScreenBack
The linear vibrating screen has ZKX type suitable for processing large, medium and fine-grained materials and ZKB type suitable for dewatering, de-medium, desliming of fine-grained materials and classification of dry or wet materials.
The screen has a straight line track, the screen surface is horizontal, and the movement of the materials on the screen surface does not depend on the inclination, but depends on the direction degree of vibration. The screen has compact structure, high strength, reasonable vibration parameters; fatigue resistance, long life, convenient maintenance, and good reliability; stable vibration and low noise; the same movement track of each point on the screen surface is conducive to the screening of materials and the screening efficiency is high . The disadvantage is that the structure is complicated, the manufacturing precision is high, the amplitude is not easy to adjust, and the vibrator is heavy.
Linear vibrating screens are widely used in coal dressing plants, metallurgical mines, building materials, light industry and chemical industries. In metal ore dressing plant, it often combines with autogenous mills, gravel mills or ball mills to form closed-circuit classification, and the classification efficiency is higher than spiral classifier.
08 Resonance ScreenBack
Resonance screen is a screening equipment that works in resonance. Its advantages are that large processing capacity, high screening efficiency; compact structure, simple transmission mechanism; stable operation, low energy consumption, easy adjustment of amplitude and frequency, and low noise. The disadvantage are that high precision for manufacturing and installation, constant ore feeding and high cost. Resonance screens are mostly used for screening, dehydration, desliming and de-medium in coal dressing plants, and a few metal ore dressing plants are also used.
