03 System TypesBack
(1) Mobile Gravity Separation Plant
As shown in the figure, raw ore from the mine feeds into the jaw crusher by hand for crushing. Crushed products will be conveyed to the fine steel ore bin by skip hoist. Product in the ore bin is evenly fed into the ball mill for grinding, and the grinding product is fed into the jig. Rough concentrate from jig is fed into shaking table to get gravity gold concentrate 1, and jig tailings return to spiral classifier for classification. Return sand from the classifier go back to the ball mill, and form a closed-circuit grinding. The overflow of classifier pumps into the centrifugal separator for separation, and the concentrate from the centrifugal concentrator is regularly picked, using a shaking table for selection to obtain gravity concentrate 2.

(2) Mobile CIL Plant
The technology is shown in figure, the ore is manually fed to the jaw crusher after mining out from the mine, and the products from the jaw crusher are conveyed to the steel-made ore bin by the elevator. The products after the ore bin are fed to the ball mill evenly for grinding, then the products go into the spiral classifier for classifying. The return sand from the spiral classifier is conveyed to the ball mill again and forms a circuit. The overflow of the classifier is pumped back to the high-efficiency thickener box for thickening by the pump. The pulp is pumped to the leaching tanks for leaching, and the activated carbon and leaching chemicals are put into the leaching tank manually. And the carbon is lifted by the air lifer. Finally, the gold-loaded carbon is carried to the elution desorption electrolysis and smelting after washing by the fixed screen.

(3) Mobile Flotation Plant
The flowchart is shown in figure, the ore is manually fed to the jaw crusher after mining out from the mine. The products from the jaw crusher are conveyed to the steel-made ore bin by the elevator. The products after the ore bin are fed to the ball mill for grinding, then the products go into the spiral classifier for classifying. The return sand from the spiral classifier is conveyed to the ball mill again and form a circuit, the classifying overflow of the classifier is pumped back to the high-efficiency thickener box for stir, and then go to the flotation system. The one roughing two scavenging and concentration technology is adopted in the flotation system. The middle ore is conveyed back one time, the fine ore is pumped to the pressure filter for filter by the soft pipe pump, and ultimately get the fine ore.

04 Loading and Unloading StepsBack
(1) Load the Mobile Plant into the Container
Step 1: Separate the electrical appliances and the quick connections along the pipeline of each module of the mobile plant.
Step 2: Respectively adjust the idler wheel's height of each loading module. Firstly rotating the lifting screw rod to make the distance A from the under the pan to the ground is 2cm. Secondly, adjust the height of the idler wheel to make the surface of the idler wheel down to the ground, and tighten the nut. Thirdly, rotate the lifting screw rod up to 2cm.
Step 3: Use the crane (or forklift) to lift (or hold up) the first loading module, and let the loading module descend until the idler wheel touches the underside of the container when the front two idler wheels enter the container. Push the loading module horizontally, and rotate down the lifting screw rod again until the idler wheel barely loads bearing when the loading module moves to the correct location.
Step 4: Load the other loading modules in turn according to the method of step 3.

(2) Move out the Mobile Plant from the Container
Step 1: Rotate up all the lifting screw rods of the loading module which is being moved out to make all the idler wheels bear the load.
Step 2: Use the crane (or forklift) to lift (or hold up) the loading module and move it out of the container slowly, descend until the distal two idler wheels move to the door of the container, and change the lifting position to move the loading module to the required location.
Step 3: Move out the other loading modules according to the method of step 1 and step 2.
Step 4: The lifting screw rod should be rotated down to make the idler wheel barely load-bearing if there is some more transportation. If in the working site, firstly the lifting screw rod should be rotated down, let the idler wheel leave the ground. Secondly, adjust the height of the idler wheel to make the lowest level higher than the surface of the under the pan, ultimately rotate up the lifting screw rod to make the lower plane of the under pan touch the ground, connect the fastener between each loading modules to make the whole mobile plant to unite as one. Ultimately connect the electrical appliances and the quick connections along the pipeline of each loading module according to the mineral processing technology to meet with the requirement of the whole design.

05 System OperationBack
(1) The attention to each companion single machine equipment's operation can refer to the demand for crusher, grinding mill and beneficiation machinery.
(2) No-load start: Check if there is material in each crusher, grinding mill and other equipment. If yes, the material should be cleared away before starting.
(3) Start / Stop steps: In order to ensure the machinery of the mobile crushing screening station no-load start smoothly, the last stage of the process should be started first, and then step by step .while stop working, the first stage of the process should be stopped first, and then step by step.
(4) Safety attention: When the machinery such as crusher, grinding mill, flotation cell, leaching tank and other equipment is in running state, forbid putting hands into it for maintenance. Account of the mechanical layout is very compact in the mobile beneficiation plant, forbid walking on the machinery for maintenance in operation generally.
(5) The max size of ore should be less than the max feed size of the jaw crusher, the size of 100mm is better, oversize and heap up are not allowed.

06 System Daily MaintenanceBack
The machinery should be lubricated as required, pay attention to fastening loose fastener. When the machinery of the mobile crushing screening station is in operation, pay attention to the noise and vibration frequently. And stop the machinery quickly when the noise and vibration are overlarge. After commissioning, no-load restart in order.
When the machinery of the mobile crushing screening station are in operation, pay attention to observing the quality and yield of the product. When they are not normal, maybe the crusher or screen is blocked or damaged.
07 System RepairBack
